I went to this place with the Groupon we got for four people. The manager there was so rude and as we were 6 people he told us the extra two people need to order 2 items per person and started making own rules which were not even explained in Groupon. We were aware of the fact that it includes 4 but for extra two people the order numbers and everything was forced upon us. Bad service. No staff knew how to process the payment. Waited at front bar for about 30 minutes for them to process. Disliked the manage specifically. I don't recommend this place. The worst experience I ever had in my life.

4.5 stars...which isn't an option so went with 5. Very good food. The lamb samozas were very good and the mali kafta was very good. The Chiken Korma wasn't quite as "rich" tasting as I've had elsewhere and some of the chicken was a little dry (I'm being picky here) but still it was very good. The staff was amazing! Very polite, attentive, and friendly. They offered us a free puffed rice appetizer (amazing) and a free lentil curry type dish. The mango lassi was very good - slightly spicier then I've had elsewhere - I think I like it more with the spice. A great place to stop especially if heading North on Palisades PKWY - it is right off exit 10...easy off and on.

Bombay grill is awesome! This was my first time with my family and I must say I was very impressed for a first impression. First off, upon arrival, there is a good amount of parking space. New city is a very lovely place so the location of the restaurant is very nice. The restaurant is very easy to spot, it's sign is clear enough to see within the plaza that it's located in. My family and I came for dinner so the inside of the restaurant had a warm, intimate, dim lighting to it. The restaurant was very clean, and when we were brought to our table, they light up a nice candle for us, and were very kind. The fritter appetizers were absolutely delicious, and the samosas were very good. My chicken tikka masala was great but the star of the show was THEIR GARLIC NAAN! A nice light crispness on the bottom with a warm fluffiness throughout, absolutely devine! We were helped by many different staff members and they all were very courteous and readily available to help and answer questions. They even provided us with a nice tall pitcher of water so that was a plus. The manager made sure to check on us and even treated us with a free dessert on the house! I believe it was galub, sorry if I butchered it haha, it was okay but a little too sweet for my taste but it was still a very kind gesture of him to do for us. Overall, the place is a cute and pretty restaurant scene nice for all occassions, the food is great, the staff is very attentive, and you certainly leave with a satisfied belly.

Nice place, good food and attentive staff. Went there with two other friends on a Friday night, their buffet is open Monday through Thursday only, so we ordered from the menu. The chicken korma and biryani were good. We had hummus and naan for appetizer and it was tasty. They brought us a sampler that was delicious as well, don't remember the name though. The staff were very polite and attentive and the manager also checked on us to be sure everything was alright. Overall a very nice visit.

Best Samosas EVER! We walked in for just a quick bite...some naan or something for carry out, and decided on the the samosas (2 come in an order). The first bite in and it was amazing. Flakey crust, which they put some kind of salty-buttery-goodness. The meat filling was just the right amount of spice and sauce (not dry at all), and it was shredded, not minced not like some other places. Truly they are the best I've ever had. The interior is very nice and clean. Nice Indian decor, bar is fully stocked. They even have a tv to keep little ones distracted.

We come here for lunch once in a while from work and sometimes dinner. The food is not phenomenal, but there are always one or two items in their buffet which are okay. The staff is extremely rude and arrogant and are not very hospitable. When We Went For Lunch yesterday, We Were Rudely Asked To Sit On The Bar To Have Our buffet, But They Didn't Set THW Table Or Even apologize Or console US With A Free soda Or anything. Later, 20 minutes into our meal, when a table became vacant, we were told we could sit on the table if we wanted and we did, but even then, they didn't help us move all our plates and they didn't set the table for us this time either. So For A Second time, We Had To Ask For Napkins And Utensils. Since We Had To sit at the bar, we thought we may get a discount at least for the unfortunate situation, but that didn't happen either. Neither of us was happy. Chances of us going back are very slim.
