Okay, I LOVE Slapfish. There fish and chips basket is to die for, especially for someone who's from the Midwest and always enjoyed fish Fridays like me. I usually request delivery or just do takeout however the inside is kept clean and the staff are friendly every time I go in. Definitely recommend!

The place itself was well kept and clean. The workers were kind and helpful when I visited. The food, however, is a bit overpriced and overhyped. The lobster roll was definitely delicious but for the price I could find something else more filling and probably more tasty. I also got the surf and turf burger which was more reasonably priced. The burger was good, more filling, and cheaper than the lobster roll. Overall it's a good place to try but I do believe the price should be lowered a bit.

My friend and I made a short visit at Huntington Beach. We had an opportunity to dine at Slapfish and we were thoroughly impressed with the food and services. We got the fish and chips with the lobster roll (which is free when you check-in through Yelp). Mylon, our server, was very helpful, giving detailed descriptions of each dish. I would recommend Slapfish in you're in the mood for quality seafood meal.

The food is amazing! The girls at the front are super sweet and are helpful when it comes to making a decision on what to try.

AWESOME.. If by slap you mean high 5 then yes, definitely slap it silly.. We were told about the lobster rolls in this place and it lived up to expectations and then some. It would be a little offensive calling this a fast food joint, it's definitely above that, even if it looks like one. They location is quite random, in a strip mall, but it had an OK outdoor seating area where we enjoyed the sunshine, and avoided the smell of cooking indoors. Anyway all that is small fry, what you NEED to know is GET the lobster roll with AWESOME sauce, and if ur not into sea food, get the burger with awesome sauce (just get the lobster bits on the side for your friends). We had the peach lemonade which we liked. Gourmet food for un-gourmet prices, AWESOME!

I had the crab breakfast burrito and the clam chowder fries and my friend had the clobster grilled cheese. I have to say I was disappointed. The clam chowder fries were good but both main entrées lacked seasoning. I had to add spicy Habernero hot sauce just to scarf it down. It was not nasty but I will not be back. However the presentation and service was excellent. Maybe I should have got the lobster roll.

Arrived here on a Thursday for lunch. Quick service. Girl behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. Knew her stuff too. She recommended that I order the fish taco. Man that thing was delicious. The sauces and lettuce and fish. Just amazing. I would totally go back just for that. 8/10 I also ordered the chowder fries. I love fries. Love them. But the chowder just made everything so soggy. And the bacon bits on there were dry and hard. Yeah, that's what I remember most... The rock hard bacon bits lol. Avoid getting the bacon on the fries. The chowder on the fries... Eh tough one. Just made it soggy. Don't think I'd order it again. 5/10 Check in on yelp and get free chowder toast. Just bread with chowder on it. 5/10 Yeah stick with the fish taco because it'll blow your mind away. But stay away from the chowder fries, as it might just blow your butthole away haha!
