BAT48 series use the standard SOD323 to make the 1A Schottky products, break the tradition SOD323 using for the under0.5A product limit. Because we use the trench MOS Schottky technology to reduce the chip size with high current density design.

The BAT48 have the ultra low VF performance and High Tj performance to reduce the power loss and enhance the end product efficiency.
