Come along! If you find patterns repeat themselves despite your best efforts, or situations are resistant to intervention, it’s often because there is something at play at a systemic level, which is active, yet hidden. I’m looking forward to sharing how systemic work is applied in organisations in the Sydney Facilitators Network event on 12 March. This interactive session will focus on ‘mini constellations’ and how they help uncover hidden dynamics and obstacles that are impeding organisational outcomes, as well as reveal insights into how to respond and move forward. The beauty of mini constellations is that the power of harnessing a systemic lens can be experienced even with just a short investment of time. http://bit.ly/2Ff0C2b #culturechange #leadership #organisationaltransformation

Leadership Professor Dr Robert Quinn talks about ‘How to Live a Purpose Driven Life’ in this 23-min video. Using stories from business, education and life, Dr Quinn illustrates this truth: we are full of resources we don’t know about – but when we find purpose we instantaneously begin to change. He shares that in his research most CEOs did not believe in purpose, people or culture when they became CEO. But when they discovered and integrated higher purpose, it changed their organisation. And for all of us – when we find meaning and purpose in one area of our life, it grows in every area of our life – leading to life and career-transformational outcomes. http://bit.ly/2DVo2Fq

Enhance your capacity to support clients to meet the complex dynamics at play in today’s organisations. “The ability to go in, and be able to generate insights in a relatively short amount of time, that actually have an incredible amount of depth to them, is amazing. Once you’ve had the experience of it, the commercial upside is just really obvious, and quite powerful.” – David Fudge, Director – Leading Well; 2017 course graduate http://bit.ly/2yqLWJH

Our lives are full of beginnings and endings. Whether in family, society or business, there are ways of acknowledging beginnings and endings that are healthy and valuable, and that set relationships and systems up for success. Conversely, poor starts, or poor endings, can create disturbances within a system that can cause ripple effects that lead to misunderstanding, difficulty and conflict. Read more on my blog: http://bit.ly/2iNwuAx #systemdynamics

As a CEO, your role is to maximise the value and impact of your organisation - which is why embedding lifelong learning is increasingly critical. How will you ensure everybody learns, evolves and adapts. How will you create an atmosphere which prioritises creating value, rather than 'doing', companies need to differentiate themselves by their people. @McKinsey http://bit.ly/2xRxpmR

Are you interested in accessing the rich opportunities that become possible when you know how to work with systemic intelligence and system dynamics? “My consulting work has been refined, my questions are broader and deeper. The course has delivered everything – more than I could have hoped for. I do feel now I’m doing more meaningful work with clients, and I stand as myself, my true self.” Murray Wright, Principal, Murray Wright & Associates; 2017 course graduate. http://bit.ly/2yqLWJH

Only 5% of leaders can hold the paradoxical tension between boldness and humility. What is the transformation capability that enables leaders to transition from the ‘Achiever’ stage within the Leadership Development Framework - which is where most leaders sit, with a primary focus on delivering results - to the much more effective ‘Strategist’? As David Rooke explains, it’s when leaders focus on themselves and take their personal development seriously. When we pause to expose ourselves to different ideas, try things we aren’t familiar with, and nurture all these six leadership capabilities. then we can transform not just ourselves, but our organisations as well. http://bit.ly/2l2cqZM
