We initially came in to check out your facility without our fur babies, Chloe and George. Then brought them in for an interview and trial day. Tuesday, they were there for their initial day care 8:30 - 5:00 pm. When we checked on our fur babies online (awesome service that we can visible check on our fur babies) there was always someone in the doggy court with them. Staff was super professional and nice. The facilities was clean and well maintained. They were exhausted that night and the next day. We are looking forward to utilizing your services again Brenda and Angela

I worked here and hated it they overcrowd dogs which make them more wild and exited. There is this one chubby girl that taught me to hit them in a sensitive spot if they hump which I felt was wrong because even if you hit then they will not stop. Some of the dogs were scares I was going to hit them. I would never bring my dog here worst place ever!!!!. They need better employees that doesn't hit dogs because if that was my dog I would be mad.

We DO NOT condone any use of force with dogs in our care - every Camp Counselor is taught to use their voice and a water bottle to distract a dog from behavior that might lead to an altercation and subsequent injury to the dogs or a Camp Counselor. Touch is an approved method, but only in a non-aggressive manner and typically includes gently pulling a dog off of another by the collar. Aggressive behavior by a Camp Counselor toward any dog is grounds for immediate dismissal. If our policy were otherwise, I doubt that we'd have the number of 5-star reviews that we currently enjoy and appreciate.

Very friendly staff that seems to really enjoy spending their days with all the dogs. Easy & quick drop-off/pick-up process. And we really like being able to watch the cameras & check on our dog throughout the day.

We love Camp Bow Wow, because Camp knows my dogs. Our dogs don't visit often, just when we're going out of town, but CBW has their picture and knows our kids, by name, as soon as they walk in the door. They are always friendly, and the facility is clean. I mean REALLY CLEAN. Our 2 dogs like to share a cabin, so they have the comfort of each other at night, but play like there's no tomorrow during the day. They love camp so much, they aren't even excited to see us when we pick them up. It hurts a little bit, but knowing they had THAT good a time is great. I don't worry about them when they are there. Also, I love getting the dogs bathed before we pick them up — they don't have "daycare dog" smell on them, and we don't have to do all of the work after a long trip.

I walked in (having never come to this Camp Bow Wow before) and the woman behind the desk greeted my dog by name. I'm not sure of many places where I could expect the same unless I had been taking my dog there for weeks. No complaints at all.

We have used Camp Bow Wow here in Tulsa for several months, and recently had to spend an extended time in Dallas for some health issues. Camp Bow Wow Dallas High Five kept Max for us a couple of days. He always has a great time, and was treated with such care. He was made to feel welcome. I so enjoy knowing the same level of care will be given him at any Camp Bow Wow.

I've taken 2 different dogs here for both boarding and day care, and I love this place. The staff is super friendly and they obviously really care for the dogs, and the first time you come in they're more than willing to take you back to show you where your dog will be. They have webcams available, and I've yet to ever see the dogs unattended in the corrals. They also offer discounts for TI and Fossil employees.

Nylan already misses his family at Camp Bow Wow High Five. We've recently moved out of state. This was his second home while we lived in Dallas. Steve, Anna,Rachel, Taylor, Nathan and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. They truly love the dogs. It was great being able to watch Nylan online. These folks are the BEST in Dallas. Your dog will be excited to go and you'll be happy with the care they receive. They offer boarding too. We already miss you!!! xoxo
