My wife and I went to Burns after a pretty rough experience at a few other dealerships, and we were pleasantly surprised at the outcome with these folks. They took their time to really listen to our needs, didn't over sell us, just took time to learn about what we needed and how they could help. Neil was great. He understands the product he represents but also is a great guy. Penny got involved when it came to the numbers and she was a true professional. We did our homework and had researched what similar vehicles were selling for in the area. The pricing was fair, honest, upfront. No games.
The best part was when we got the vehicle home and realized there was an slight issue with the windshield wiper. One call, and it was resolved with an explanation that made sense. Quickly and professionally. When we came home there was a thank you note in the mail hand written from Neil the salesman, nice touch. Gonna recommend Burns to anyone that asks, and believe me we were in no way encouraged to write this review, but that's what happens when you do the right thing. Keep up the good work.

I booked with KWPG's in April 2012. Top notch from the minute we stepped on Capt. Jackson's 24ft Yellow Fin. (And we stepped on board with over 100 years of fishing experience). By the time we got back to the dock after day 1 everyone on board trip had declared it was the single best day of fishing we ever experienced. The conditions helped, but is was Jackson's ability to put us on the fish that made all the difference. Double hook-ups on 15-18lbs Permit all morning, Sailfish by lunch, a 10lb Mahi for good measure, and a couple of life-time Tarpon (100-150lbs) for my Dad and I as the sun set. The next day was windy but we had fun with Snapper on light tackle, and a few Lemon sharks to add to the excitment in the mangroves. Great trip, we will be back. Thanks again...tight lines!

I was working in the area (about 30 miles away from home) and my check engine light came on. My coolant level was low and it was 95 degrees outside, so I pulled into Thompson. Santos was awesome. They took my vehicle right away and checked to make sure the car was safe to drive home. They even fixed a broken blinker light and washed my car all for under $50 bucks. No hassle, good service. Keep up the good work team Thompson!
