Genuine spirituality is founded upon divine love, yet what does this term truly signify? The Sufis use erotic language to describe the union of the soul with divinity, an intimate dynamic rooted within the sexual mysteries of man and woman, otherwise known as alchemy (Allah-Khemia: to fuse oneself with God).

This lecture teaches the path of sexual alchemy within the Sufi writings, especially that of Al-Qushayri, Al-Hujwiri, Rumi, and others. Discover how to unite with divinity through erotic mysticism, the consubstantiation of two beings: one who loves more, the other who loves better. Through the chemistry of God, couples learn how to enjoy, with pure sentiment, the immaculate fires of divine sexuality, so as to achieve the full development of their inner potential.

Homo Nosce Te Ipsum: "Man, know thyself, and you will know the universe and the gods!" ―Oracle of the Temple of Delphi

The Greek word γνῶσις gnosis indicates perceptual, experiential wisdom born from the awakening and liberation of consciousness. Therefore, gnosis is not strictly limited to any particular faith, religion, tradition, or philosophy, but is the soul's direct knowledge of the truth based on factual evidence and a practical, demanding and rigorous spiritual discipline. It is the origin from which religious doctrine emanated, constituting the intimate knowledge the soul acquires of itself and divinity through the understanding and application of four pillars: science, art, mysticism, and philosophy. These four pillars of knowledge, while in conflict and disagreement today, were once studied and practiced within the ancient schools of mysteries in an integral way.

This course will introduce you to the foundations of gnostic science, art, mysticism, and philosophy as developed and maintained within the most secretive schools of esoteric knowledge, to which figures like Jesus, Moses, Plato, Socrates, Aristotle, and others were a part. Discover how the four pillars of scientific, artistic, philosophical and mystical knowledge relate, unify, and explain the profound wisdom at the heart of all of our most venerated and respected traditions.

“Man, know thyself, and you will know the universe and the gods!” ―Temple of Delphi

“He who knows himself knows his Lord.” ―Sufi Proverb

"The key to success in worship lies in meditative reflection (fikrat)…whoever persists in such reflection in the heart will behold the invisible realm in the spirit. Whoever contemplates God through keeping watch over the thoughts which pass through his heart will be exalted by God in all of his outward deeds. ―Dhū’l-Nūn Miṣrī in ‘Aṭṭār: Tadhkirat, 154-155

This is course will introduce the specific means and methods for developing our full divine potential through identifying and removing the inner obstacles to spiritual illumination. Genuine knowledge of divine principles is not a matter of supposition, belief or theory, but the direct cognizance and factual results of the highly technical science of conscious perception and self-reflection.

The mystical science of self-knowledge has been taught throughout all religions. Structurally, we will examine numerous Biblical, Buddhist, and Sufi writings, including The Risalah: Principles of Sufism by Al-Qushayri and Revelation of the Mystery by Al-Hujwiri, due to their simplicity, profundity, and accessibility for beginners.
