Was about to lease a 30,000 dollar car then right after they saw I really liked the car the decided to change the Money factor, which btw folks its just the interst rate for 1% to 4% and difference of 100/month for 36 months. They pretended they didn't know. Overall I would say Nissan just wants money. We ended up going to Toyota and when they heard what happened gave us a discount on our safety packages like tire and wheel and leather safety guarantee.

Bravo to West Herr Nissan! Yesterday, on Black Friday, I decided to look for a new vehicle. My initial plans were to research my options- not to make any final decisions. After meeting Jeff R., I immediately felt comfortable asking questions regarding my vehicle options. He was knowledgeable and friendly- two extremely important qualities in a salesman. I explained my current situation and told him about the vehicle that was at the top of my preference list. I am confident that he did his absolute best to make this experience a positive experience- & I can definitely say that I left feeling West Herr feeling like a valued customer. In the past, I purchased a Nissan Altima Coupe from West Herr. I will say that I absolutely loved my Nissan Altima- it was just time to make a change. I knew that West Herr was the place for me to go in order to make another vehicle selection. After talking with Jeff and viewing possible financial options, I decided to lease a Nissan Rogue. My sister also drives a Nissan Rogue and has been extremely satisfied with her purchase. After test driving the vehicle and meeting with Jeff, I knew that it was the vehicle I was looking for. Thank you West Herr!

Brought my brand new nissan titan in for over a dozen warranty repairs. They alway had an excuse why it took so many days or why they wouldn't give me a loaner. The final straw that made me sell the truck, just so I wouln't have to deal with them again, was when it went in for a new rear differential and axle shafts for the second time. After the parts arrived, 5 days later, they attempted to sell me a rear dfferential fluid change at over $250. I asked if they were planning on reusing the old fluid when it poured out of the differential case when they opened it to perform the necessary warranty work. Of course they said "no". I then asked if they planned on leaving the differential and axles dry after they replaced them under warranty. they again said "no". I then asked why would I pay to have a fluid change if you have to do it under warranty. Patti still attempted to sell it to me. I was outraged. I contacted the corporate office and Scott Beiler issued me a $1000 used car coupon and a $2000 dollar new car coupon. I bought my new truck at glenn campbell instead. Now west herr took over glen campbell, who treated me great. First time I went in for warranty work at the new west herr chevy instead of glenn campbell they again tried to rip me off. They tried to charge me for new rear brakes because they needed to be replaced when an axle seal blew, contaminating the brakes. the seal is under warranty and the warranty states that damage caused by the failure of a warranteed part will also be repaired under warranty. Again I had to step this up to corporate levels before they paid for the new brakes under warranty. This company has a service dept that will flat out rip you off!!!!

I've bought 3 cars from this dealership, a Nissan, a Chevy and a Dodge Ram. It was like no other buying experience ever, and I sold cars for a few years so I knew the drill pretty well. They don't use the same tactics here as many other stores do. I had a great salesman named Dan Francis, he was great, very low key, checked each car's carfax BEFORE I went to look at it. even told me what the tire depth was and things like that. When I wanted to look at other models, he had me driven from one West Herr lot to another and had a person go and get the keys for me and handle all the test drive stuff. In the end he arranged for me to take the car overnight so I could really get to drive it and check it at my own pace. I'll buy my daughters car here next year. Highly recommended from a former car sales rep,

I had always been a chevy girl, but after I had a run in with some deer and totaled my car I thought I would shop around. I went to West Herr Nissan and my salesman was Nate Weld and he was amazing. I went in with time restraints and a list of preferences, even I thought I was a pain in the butt customer, but Nate never made me feel that way. He listened to what I wanted and stayed right in my budget. He went the extra mile in every way. I recommend Nate to all of my friends and family. Many have listened and are just as happy as I am, with my car and with Nate! I love my Nissan Altima, but I loved the shopping experience too thanks to Nate Weld!!

First time Nissan buyer in 2012, previously a loyal Honda/Acura owner. Sales team was extremely helpful, patient, and found many good options for my financial needs. Pricing was reasonable and the car runs smoothly. Recently needed some minor repairs and got an appointment right away. Cindy, the receptionist, is extremely cheerful and sweet. Nissan repair shop was prompt, professional, and personable. Waiting area was comfortable, had wi-fi, and decent coffee. For a second repair (i.e. faulty hood latch, nothing serious) that took a little longer, there was a courtesy shuttle available to take me all the way downtown and pick me up when it was done. The driver, Marty, was friendly and prompt. The weather was pretty atrocious, so no car wash, but was given a pass for free wash at Delta as a courtesy. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
