Introduction
Digital Marketing enthusiast. I am currently working as an assistant professor in marketing at Heriot-Watt University in Dubai. I conduct research on the use of social media by businesses, mobile applications and social CRM. I am also the programme director of the only postgraduate programme in digital marketing in Dubai.
