Ice cream flavors here are DECADENT. Cream cheese chocolate chip, sea salt chocolate, and Vietnamese coffee were just a few of their flavors. I had a scoop of the olive oil flavor, which tasted like a buttery vanilla with a tinge of lemon. Make sure you're not too full before visiting this place because the ice cream will fill you up. The cone was also crunchy and delicious - and I normally order ice cream in a cup. If you're a sweets person, you'll love this place. If you're not a sweets person, you'll find a few (but not too many) lighter flavors offered here as well. There's also a good amount of outside seating on the sidewalk.

Like adventurous flavors? I do! Like Ice Cream? I do! And I think this is the place for you - The Secret Breakfast is one of my favorite flavors in the city, a must try. It is ice cream with Cornflakes soaked in bourbon and I like the root beer float here as well. Other flavors include Beet and Olive Oil. This place is a Hidden Gem in the Mission.

All I can say is that this awesome ice cream place tucked away and hidden within the mission. I absolutely love their “Secret Breakfast” ice cream flavor—I always come in to get that flavor with their boozy caramel sauce. They rotate their flavors and you’ll never know what they’ll be offering but that’s part of the surprise in visiting this place. Last time we stopped in they had a special flavor made for Cirque du Soleil’s current show Amaluna which was a swirl of blueberry and other secret ingredients—also super yummy.

If this place was closer to where I live, I'd be fat. Such an unusual experience... unique retro finish to the shop, flavors you'd have to be incredibly creative to even consider putting together, consistently perfect ice cream if your taste buds can handle the flavor you're trying. On a side note, it's nice to eat at an ice cream place where ice cream isn't left dirtying all the surfaces... this place is kept clean. :)

I feel like I heard of this place through the grapevine but after an evening at Benders we ended up here right before they closed up. Alright cynical-mc-cynicalstein ... so they have that gimmick of exotic flavors. This is absolutely no gimmick whatsoever. Yes, the flavors are eccentric but the icecream is out of control delicious. So here's the thing; I'm not a sweets person. So what catches my eye? The "salt and pepper" of course! It was literally like eating a savory steak with some fatty icecream topping. I was floored. They let you try any of their flavors (which change regularly). Seriously, this is the real deal. Best icecream in SF? ... Well, for now, until I find the next one.

Their wacky flavors are refreshing. For those that like something different. I brought a group of friends through here for a food tour of the Mission. Flavors we tried: 1) Hibiscus Beet Sorbet - "I can taste the beet". Pretty dark pink! 2) Mulled Wine Sorbet - Nice sweet wine flavor. Pretty light pink! 3) Salted Licorice - "Too salty". Not popular with our group. Can hardly taste the licorice. 4) Peanut Butter Curry - Very addicting. Like peanut satay sauce! 5) Secret Breakfast (Bourbon & cornflakes) - Also very tasty. Like vanilla with a little booze and bits of cereal. On the 7x7 list. 6) Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee - "Tastes like usual coffee flavor."
