Help, Bugs, HowTo  -

Just updated to KDE 4.13.2. I use the "Window Specific Override" with the Oxygen theme to "Hide window title bar" from all applications. With this update, I now have an empty ~12px tall title bar. Anybody know how to remove this? I have no need for a title bar and wasted area makes me twitch. Thanks for any help!

Switched to using the Window Rules in Window Behavior. Fixed the problem.

QUESTION: JUJU and apt-mirror
Since the Ubuntu Online Summit, I've been trying to make use of Juju and Charms. Unfortunately, I have satellite internet and limited to 250MB/day, but I'm able to support an apt-mirror on my local server as I have unlimited internet access at night. That being said:

How can I use Juju without it needing any (or very few) resources from the internet?

My Google-Fu has failed me and I couldn't find applicable documentation. On the same note, I can mirror non-apt files as well, so anything I can do to maximize internet-independence would be great.

This is especially important to me because when I go to deploy this at a data center, only one server will have internet access, so I will need to mirror/tunnel everything through that server.

Likewise, if anyone knows of any Juju-specific communities worth joining, please pass them my way!

Thank you all!

How freaking exciting! Will be making use of these technologies in the coming months. I've been evaluating options for quite a while and this seems like the best setup to create and manage a cloud. I was really surprised that some of the technologies that I've taken a huge liking to came up in this keynote, including +Ceph and LXC. Oh, yeah; that and +Mark Shuttleworth Rocks!

As a side note, I really enjoyed the videos from http://summit.ubuntu.com . I'm still catching up on a few of them but they have been worth every minute! I can't wait to see where Canonical goes in the coming years.

That worked. Thanks! Always turned the title bars off with the theme, so never thought to look elsewhere.

My new friend with a deformed leg. He limped over and started hanging out with me. Gave him a snack, then he decided to snuggle with my shoe. Named him Krita (because he can't be Gimp).

hehe    note that I didn't for a moment question whether or not he was SMART ENOUGH to use a computer, just whether or not he had a functional interface... I frequently tell Bear that he's only being held back by his lack of opposable thumbs.
