I wrote this article to highlight that all Tech E&O policies aren't giving you the same coverage.  Breach of warranty is commonly excluded and it could mean a big loss for your company.  Please share this with the owner of a software or website company.

Anyone try out LinkedIn's new blogging interface.  I think it's going to be an incredibly powerful way of building credibility on their platform.  It doesn't make you an 'influencer,' but I'm thinking that the 'little guy' is going to be promoted by LinkedIn until the content generation reaches a critical mass.  What do you think?  Worth it?
