The cakes, cookies and pastries are delicious. Since I started visiting regularly a few years ago however, the prices have shot up *and* portions have gone down. The staff are almost completely incompetent too, and more often than not abrupt and grumpy. 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the staff!

Just round the corner from us at work. Coffee very nice. Cakes really yummy so watch the calories. When I get time and have to get out to meet people for a coffee and a chat good place to go but quite difficult to get a seat as it is such a popular coffee/cake shop

I absolutely love this bakery. Their chocolate chip cookies are the best I have ever had, while their coffee is amazing too. Great breakfast /lunch offerings and cakes. A must visit when around!

I love this little gem of a Gail's in Soho. The bright white exposed brick interior is so welcoming and airy, and the food not only looks but tastes incredible. I went for breakfast and enjoyed their jumbo oat porridge, with a cinnamon bun to enjoy later in the day. Breakfast is available til 3 which is just dreamy, and with great options like brioche French toast and Bircher muesli you'll be spoiled for choice!

What it could be a beautiful set of buttermilk pancakes was ruined by the 300gr of super-sour blueberry jam smeared all over the pancakes, not even on the side! What are you guys thinking? Put it on the side or at least describe it on the menu.

I was staying in the hotel right beside this bakery for a two days business trip. The bakery sells really jummy Cinnamon Buns and the Latte was also quite tasty! Price for both together between 4 and 5 £ (depending if you consume inside or outside). Only negative point: It's a bit hard to get a seat with table inside due to the small size.
