Please consider a little help here:
My good friend Mark Worrell is cycling for charity tomorrow. This is for the Children's Trust, a very good charity. And Mark has never cycled 100 miles through and around London before. He's dreamed of cycling great distances, but normally can be found around the corner at the local pub. Please consider a little donation to help him on his way!

On 4th August I’ll be undertaking the “Ride London” 100 mile cycle challenge. 100 miles… my bum’s going to hate me, but I’m hoping it’s going to be worth it to raise funds for the Children’s Trust.
My extensive training programme (?) has mainly consisted of cycling to a coffee shop for a latte and back, and racing my son to the park (I’ve often been the one with the stabilisers).
I need help!
Please help by sponsoring me for this event. When the miles are slipping too slowly past (somewhere around the 5 mile mark), and the finish line is still a long way off, I’d like you to give me the motivation to know we’re making a difference to the “Children’s Trust’s” work.
The Children’s Trust is a national charity working with children with acquired brain injury, multiple disabilities and complex health needs. The Children's Trust pioneered the rehabilitation service for children with acquired brain injury in 1985 and it remains the UK's largest centre for paediatric rehabilitation.
