Wow cannot believe the horrible customer service here. Show up at 5:15 And ask about the tour and informed the next is at 6:00. We had a very hungry child with us and ask if we go eat now at the restaurant if we would still be able to make the 6 pm tour and informed yes. Rushed through dinner even though we didn't plan to eat this early, just wanted to make the tour on time. Even informed the waitress of making the 6 pm tour and she said no problem they would rush our food. At 5:59 we were waiting on the bill so we inform the front desk we are waiting on the bill is that a problem for the 6 tour in which she said no worries we will wait for you guys. 6:03 we walk up for the tour only to be informed the manager decided there will be no tour due to short staff. Seriously, we have been there for 45 minutes waiting on the tour, rushed through a dinner we didn't plan for this tour and now you tell us there is no tour. Or did you decide when no one else showed up you didn't want to still commit to the customers waiting 45 minutes. We asked to file a complaint to management and get deer in the headlights look as if they can't understand why, and wouldn't do anything. When we explain why we are upset they won't even say a word just wait for us to leave. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Had a great lunch with my family. Food was good, beer was also. I am not a big fan of lagers and most beers seem to be. Their IPA and imperial stout were both the highlights.

We avoided a 3-hr wait for a table and grabbed seats at the bar. Forty five minutes later, I was chowing down on Kern's bratwurst, housemade sauerkraut and spicy mustard. It was sooooooo good especially with the Brewery's Christmas Ale.

We were there for the day looking at cars!! The service in the bar and was excellent prompt, and they went out of their way to get us served and back out to the cars. They understood our priorities! Frankenmuth service is always excellent!

I fill up a ton of growlers a week here, it's awesome. Anyone who rates this under 4 states is an inbred degenerate from Southern Ohio.

Service was very slow and lackluster, and the place wasn't even busy. I can't eat wheat, so I was excited to see they had GF buns and bread. I ordered a burger with a GF bun. The bun was hard as a rock and very stale (not just the normal rough texture of GF bread). So they brought me another one, and it was also totally stale. I gave up and ate the burger w/o a bun. I ordered it medium, but it was cooked to at least medium well, and it seemed like a pre-made beef patty. My friend got the buffalo chicken eggrolls as an appetizer, and he loved them. But his entire plate of fish and chips was covered with a heavy sprinkling of seasoned salt, which baffled him. Also, the fish was several small chunky end pieces (all oddly shaped like cones) instead of a big piece or two of fish filet. I assumed this place would have a full bar, but I was wrong: beer and wine only. They had no GF beer, and I'm not a wine drinker, so I had diet Coke instead of the mixed drink I wanted. Minor disappointment. All in all, I won't be coming back.
