I have bought my vehicles at Northcutt for years. Ray Dupy and John West have both sold me vehicles in the past. John West helped me find my Camaro and I have never been happier! He always returned calls and kept an honest level of communication with me and my husband. Thank you guys!

Great. We went just to look at a Traverse (after much research, we decided this was exactly what we needed) because we knew we needed a bigger vehicle and did NOT want a minivan. The first one we saw (from the highway) happened to be a used 2012 and came with extras that we couldn't have afforded on a brand new one. It was a deal we couldn't pass up. And our salesman (Jake) helped us get the details of a purchase, including an exact payment, before we ever committed to anything. Not being rushed into the deal, we are glad that we bought from Northcutt Chevrolet.

Danny T is a very nice car salesman, he will help you as much as he can. Northcutts in general is a horrible dealership though. Bought a car under warranty and the transmission went out....almost three months later and it may or may not be fixed. Their service department is a joke STAY AWAY!

I rolled in unannounced with a transmission problem with an off-brand vehicle. They worked me in, dealt with my warranty company to get me the best deal possible and did a great, prompt Job. Sean and the guys there really take pride in their work and it shows. Highly Recommend.

The only positive thing about our experience was the salesman ED REDDICK. He was very helpful and showed us all the trucks that met our needs. He let us test drive several and was very polite. We went to work a deal and the deal he came back with was not so great. That wasn't the problem. We started to haggle and he was still very nice but the GM kept having him bring back bs paperwork to show our trade in wasn't worth much even though we told him we had already been to a few different places that offered us more. When the GM came in to speak with us he was very rude and talked to us like we were idiots that knew nothing about buying cars. He talked down to us and kept trying to just move the money around like we would think we were getting a better deal. Just because you show more for our trade in but add it to your vehicle sale price doesn't mean you are giving us a better deal. Maybe you should try that on less experienced buyers. By the way, we bought a car the very next day from another dealer who gave us a great trade in value, great deal on the vehicle we bought and was MUCH nicer. Just because you are older than I am does not mean you are wiser.

Service was very good. Bought a new car and the engine light came on, which was fixed, but the gas gauge, when tank is full, only registers a make under full. Visited with Hoyt Brown and he said that someone higher than him would call. It has been 3 days now and I have not heard anything from them. I feel they should replace the car, because these two things should have been checked before putting the car on the lot for sale. I was told when the engine light problem was found that if anything else went wrong, that they would replace the car.

This dealership is wonderful! I am an extemely picky car person and John West went above and beyond to find my perfect Equinox LTZ twice. We live in Woodward, OK and purchased a beautiful, white Equinox LTZ in July 2011. They worked out all of the details over the phone and allowed us to come late to pick up our car. On April 15, 2012 our house was destroyed by the tornado and my car was inside the garage. Needless to say, our beautiful, white Equinox was no longer beautiful and was totaled. John West once again went above and beyond to help us get a new vehicle quickly. This time however, we purchased a beautiful, black granite Equinox LTZ. I love it and I love Northcutt! Thanks for all of your great service from the receptionist, to the financial assistants, to the salesmen and maintenance. Thank you for treating us right and helping part of our lives get back to normal. I love driving my Chevy!
