I adjust feet and ankles all the time!!!!

Feet and ankle pain can be a real problem as we get older. Arch supports can really help support and reduce the swelling often relieving symptoms of a fallen arch.

Like all body parts, we begin to sag a bit as we grow older. Ligaments of the foot and ankle connect bone to bone. They stretch allowing the arch to partially collapse producing pain for many.

I suggest arch supports that are customized to support all 3 arches as well as bony adjustments of the foot and ankle and other soft tissues.

In my experience adjusting the foot and ankle as well as customized arch supports are needed for many to manage acute and chronic problems.

I am a chiropractor and I'm especially interested in ergonomics and finding individual postures that may enhance sleep by reducing pain. I use a specially designed ergonomic pillow that can help head support, improve neck and shoulder comfort.

The ideal sleep posture is kind of like following pirate rules...they are but guidelines. Each individual has a different needs. All needs are similar but the variation can be profound.. Its knowing the detailed needs for that individual that can help move one from tossing and turning through out the night, to more restful, comfortable sleep.

Paying off sleep debt is key for a health heart.  Individual sleep postures may be an important key for many.

"There is only so much can be learned from books. It takes real life experience day to day, and for many years to open the heart and learn to listen deeply to another's health concerns. Then it takes tremendous courage, a great love and talent as well as wisdom to do the right thing at the right time."
