I have an issue.
You've immediately jumped to a conclusion that the person on trial is guilty. You wouldn't do this if someone accused you of stealing their phone (or any other crime), because you have to know, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the person is guilty. Otherwise any Tom, Dick or Harry could prosecute anyone for anything. It's unfortunate if you can't prove that a guilty person is guilty, but that prevents people from going to jail who are in fact innocent, which I think is more important.
I do agree in essence with what you're saying, as Sam Pepper very clearly committed sexual assault... ON CAMERA! He is a giant douchenozzle, and I don't understand why he hasn't been charged with sexual assault considering the overwhelming evidence that he committed it.
