I was shopping in this mall at various stores (h&m, charlotte russe) and I walked past a kiosk with a young girl sitting down reading a book. she appeared to be an employee who was bored at work, until i witnessed something horrific afterwards. As i continued walking this area, i noticed that there were a group of men at the sprint kiosk, auntie annie's, great american cookies, and best buy bullying this poor girl. Not only were these people hurling insults at her, but they were also drawing a crowd with other shoppers in the area to assist them in the humiliation. They tried to include me, but I dismissed their efforts. I went to security to report the issue, only to find out a short time later that some security guards were members of this mob. Yelling insulting remarks at this poor girl every minute i was there. I bought some dresses from her that i did not intend to wear. I just wanted to help make her day a little better, even if it was only a small sale. After that i walked out and haven't step foot in this mall. Although i live in the area, I've just taken the extra time to drive to the Avenue at East Cobb to get what I want. Sad that bullying is an acceptable way for the employees to act in this place. NEXT!

After reviewing the website of The Walking Company, I knew that I wanted to visit but I was disappointed in the physical store which was small and looked relatively barren. Many of the shoes that I'd seen on the website were not in the store, none of the nicer ones, like Mephisto. Worse still, only about 25% of the shoes stocked were for men. If not for Heather's intervention, my visit would have been a complete waste of time. As it was, I left with a pair of orthotics which I am eager to try out....

My experience at the Town Center Champs was disappointing to say the least. Grand sons father order 2 pair of shoes online from Champs and they were the wrong size. All I wanted to do was exchange for the correct size I had no receipt as I explained that to the sales associates and manager Jacqualine the father is stationed in S. Korea and had order the shoes. Her actions clearly let me know she didn't believe that because she proceed to tell me the store does not sell 1/2 sizes. Which is and out right a LIE!! I called the 800 number today for online services in which I asked her to do that for me and she did not!! Kristin online was able to find the receipt and order number so I will be exchanging the shoes. But what POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER PATRONAGE THIS LOCATION. Can you say RACIAL PROFILING. DID all of this in front of all the WHITE CUSTOMERS

the hollister here is very different compared to the others, there are no stairs at the front, and there are railings in front of the moniter screens, in the center of the store, i like this hollister, i like the other ones too, but this one is very different compared to the others.
