I've been eating there for several years. Originally "Pad Thai with shrimp" was my favorite, then I started going to Noodle Co. for the same dish. Noodle Co. got worse & worse every time. I've happily reunited with Pei Wei (aka Pee Wee) and love the "Thai Dynamite with shrimp". I always order online for pick-up.

Fast service with online ordering and pick up. However, the food was not good. I always get the kung pao chicken. It is spicy and even though I've asked for it mild, my requests have been ignored so I stopped making the request. Last night though was highly disappointing. It was so spicy I could not even eat it. Waste of money. I really don't care for any of their other dishes. All of the things I would eat are too spicy. I wish they would give you the option of going light on the chili sauce.

I was always a huge fan of PeiWei and ate there about 2-4 times a month. However the last 3-4 times I visited I noticed the quality of the food and service has declined noticably. The dishes rarely come to the table synchronously and in some cases are served 10-15 minutes apart. It has also been harder to get help from someone. The last straw was my latest visit about a week ago when my dish came to the table undercooked. The rice noodles were still stiff and disgusting. The place wasn't even busy as it was not rush hour. I'm taking this place off my regular list and have no plans to go back any time in the future.
