Monique Cesar: I searched high and low for a particular tile, Diastone Waterfall. I love it and I had to have it. I visited at least ten tile places in Massachusetts and the lowest price I found was $10.00. A friend then said he found it for $9.00. So I decided to check online. I called Italian Tile NYC and the owner told me he carried that particular tile and would get back to me with a price. Hurricane Sandy then hit and impacted New York with severe power outages. Computer lines were down for over a week, yet the owner continued to call everyday and reassured me that he would quote me a price as soon as his computer system was running again. And when he called and told me the tiles were $4.50, I was elated.!!! Another tile I wanted was quoted in Massachusetts at $15.50 but on sale for $12.00 - Italian Tile NYC price was $6.50! The owner was helpful, friendly and right to the point! Even with 2 different shipping charges, I still saved $1345.00!!!!!! I placed the order on Nov. 8, 2012 and the tile was delivered on Nov. 12th! I am busy renovating my entire first home & I am VERY busy working extra hours to pay for it all but I felt like I HAD to share this incredible savings. I highly recommend this place!!!
