1963 Z06 Corvette "Big Tank"

While lying on a wooden pallet 12 feet or so in the air suspended on a forklift I got the shot.

In 1963 Chevrolet built 21,513 Corvettes, of which 199 had the Z06 Package. Of the 199, only 63 had the NO3 36-1/2 gallon tank.

To date this car has never been raced or wrecked. It still retains all the original body panels, complete original drivetrain and suspension parts, which include original heavy-duty F40 shocks. It is the “ONLY” 1963 Z06 “big tank” known to exist in this color combination. It has been meticulously restored by Nabers Motors in Houston, Texas, using as many NOS parts as could be found, including the hubcaps and five US Royal Safety 800 Tires.

They're Here!

My first kit-bash of the 1/48 scale Flying Saucer by Atlantis is done! Here is a sneak peek of it. I will share more photos once I develope them.

I kit-bashed it with LEDs, fiber optics, custom lit base powered by a 3v wall-wart, some "Cranky Gold" and other odds and ends.

Watch the skies.

"See Weeds"

It was a nice night for boatin'!

I used to drive pass this derelict boat every morning which was stashed away in the corner of a lot. I was given permission to shoot it.

This boat is now gone. I was told that someone bought it to restore.

The storm left as quickly as it came but stayed for an encore.

While listening to Prometheus (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) I felt like an "Engineer" developing these. Ha! Our planet Earth sure knows how to put on a show!

I started experimenting for the first time with the video editing capabilities in Photoshop CS6 today. So I gathered a few video clips I made from a GoPro (ver 1) during my dive in the Riviera Maya last month. I'm no Spielberg but I have to start somewhere.
