Supporting sustainable cities in Sri Lanka

Congrats to our joint venture partners ECL of Sri Lanka. Together we have been shortlisted for the consultancy services for planning, detailed design and procurement of urban upgrading, heritage conservation and capacity building component for four cities in Sri Lanka (Trincomalee, Dambulla, Kurunegala and Ratnapura). The consultancy is in the framework of the Sri Lanka Sustainable Urban Development Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank.

Successful kick-off of the urban regeneration and tourism development project in Albania
On 4th June in Tirana, our Albania team led by Raffaele Gorjux attended the kick-off meeting for the consulting services for the concept, detail designs and supervision for Integrated Urban Upgrading municipalities of Berati and Përmeti.
The joint venture of Atelier 4 + Keios has been hired by the Albanian Development Fund in the framework of the Project for Integrated Urban and Tourism Development (PIUTD), funded by the World Bank.
The project aims at improving the living conditions of local dwellers and foster locally based tourism economic development in urban areas.

Urban regeneration and tourism development in Albania
In Albania, the joint venture of Atelier 4 + Keios has been hired by the Albanian Development Fund to deliver consulting services for the concept, detail designs and supervision for Integrated Urban Upgrading municipalities of Berati and Përmeti.
The activities are in the framework of the Project for Integrated Urban and Tourism Development (PIUTD), funded by the World Bank.
The project aims at improving the living conditions of local dwellers and foster locally based tourism economic development in urban areas.
The project kick-off will be held in Tirana on 4th June.

In 2017 Keios was hired by the Government of Burundi, funded by the African Development Bank, for the preparation of the master plans of the four intermediate cities of Ruyigi, Rutana, Cankuzo and Mwaro. Our team, composed by Jerome Chenal (team leader), Elisa Maceratini, Luca Boccardi, Chanel Sibomana, François Ndabahagamye and Oumarou Ouedraogo, successfully completed the preparation of the four master plans that have been approved during the month of April 2018.
