Being positive doesn't mean you have to be happy all the time, it's your overall approach to life, relationships and problem solving. Do you gripe about what's wrong or notice what's right? Do you only see the down side or look for the solution side? Do you fall apart or know this too shall pass? Do you carry anger, or let it go quickly? No matter how you feel, mad or frustrated, every time you center yourself in kindess, patience, and understanding your positive stomps out the negative...and those around you.
