Here is another great article about why staying active is such a great help for Arthritis. Studies have shown that walking 6,000 steps, roughly 3 miles, can help improve Arthritis in the knee joint. The best way to stay motivated is find a exercise buddy and go out walking! This will make you both accountable and you will have more fun staying active together.

ACL injuries are common an many different sports. It is so important to perform warm up exercises to prevent these injuries. Especially for the contact sports such as, but not exclusive to: Football, soccer, and hockey, to name a few.

Spinal Stenosis is a common diagnosis for patients. Research has shown that physical therapy can prevent and also help treat this problem, EQUAL to Surgery. This is so important because physical therapy is noninvasive and can be an alternative before surgery is needed. #TryPT1st
