This time of year brings Northwest bing cherries; a treat looked forward by everyone in Yakima and people all over the country. It's also a major revenue source for farmers, distributors and the many farm workers throughout the region.

Unfortunately, it's been raining in the Yakima Valley over the last couple days and some damage has been reported. The extent of the damage is not yet known. Here are a couple of stories that will enlighten you about Yakima cherry farming.

3D Coffee Art

I've been seeing Kazuki Yamamoto's coffee art for some time now, but now he's added a new dimension. His 3D coffee art is beyond amazing. It'd be hard to drink and ruin one of his creations.
