I guess I'll go by describing a lot of their facilities first and then I'll describe how my experiences are here. The actual facility isn't bad, very spacious, they have a bunch of different fields that they are able to sectionalize or use in different ways so that it's not always the same field or if it is the same field they're not always utilizing it the same way. The staging area is pretty nice over the course of the day does usually get you know. And it's only occasionally that ended up for you will come around and clean up a little bit it's just kind of understood that if you're there you're going to try to clean up after yourself hopefully. So I would like to see better bathroom facilities. Its got a very Camp like feel to it. And then the pro shop that they have set up, its doubles as the registration booth, is nice. it's not you know as big like the xrossfire shop but its nice there. They have a bunch of used products they got some new stuff and will definitely have some bargains and then the snacks that they sell there are alright. You know you pay for what you get. They have Gatorade, water, Hot Pockets, tiny pizzas, chips soda all you really need, and if you want to bring anything else you definitely can. Now when it comes to the safety rules and debriefing figured definitely strict about that really strict and it goes to show how they feel about the safety of the field. Once the day started that usually have a safety briefing and then every half hour so they'll do another for new people who show up and if you haven't had a safety briefing you can't get registered to play any of the games. Now when it comes to accidentally breaking rules, if it's a minor one that usually give you a warning and he break it again then that's that's kind of it you're done cuz if you're breaking the rules of endangering the safety of others around you. Now when it comes to rules that usually involved in staging area then those are more hardcore rules and if you break it then that's usually not a warning thats it, you know, you endangered a lot of people. No one comes to the employees referees those who run the field they definitely have them more family vibe so its not too uncommon to see someone slacking off a bit, now is it professional no should they try to be better about that yes but seeing as it's more the field is more of a place that caters to people with slightly more experience than the new person then you can kind of you know see where they're coming from but generally if you are a cool person who is not too much of a hassle to you know is generally out there to have a good time and promote the good times of other people there then yeah they're pretty cool people too. No my experiences there have all been above or at good. Usually I try to get someone to go with me cuz I'm generally a very introverted person but occasionally I do go out there by myself and it's not too bad it's kind of easy to find some people to chat it up with in the staging area or if you have to know if you happen to know anybody there can you you're definitely gonna have a good time there it's not bad casually cool things will happen you know they might stage some cool big games they might do some cool things like there was one time I went in went out there during early winters when it wasn't too bad but the weather had been different from where I am left and when I got there it was kind of really muddy and no one had showed up the park was open but nobody showed up. That day I ended up getting a free t t-shirt that I still have, and paintball knights is just really good and in some facets it should be better, but overall paintball Knights is a really fun place to go if you want a good day of paintball.

Very poorly managed, the owner is completely full of himself as well. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a fun environment to play paintball in.

It was my 1st time today and what a blast it was! There were several areas of play, the rules were easy to follow and the staff was great. We will definitely go back again. I'm glad this place is strict on safety. There is always someone who thinks they are above the rules and they don't apply to them. Price to play it reasonable, price for snacks is reasonable as well. I can't wait to go back! Thank You!

I recently purchased a promotional package for this place a couple months ago after the two sales people stressed in their pitch that they stay opened later than any other paintball spot in the S.A area. It would have been nice of them to also inform us of the inconsiderate staff that decides to close up shop @ 6:15pm when the hours of operation clearly state time of close at 8:00pm. I usually wouldn't give a damn, but the rest of my group were denied service after showing up 30 mintues later than the rest of us (5:30pm). I get it, it's the weekend people wanna go home and enjoy what's left of it. Well i'm also sure people who drive 40 miles out for a couple of games of paintball would've enjoyed the experience they expected. They stuck to their word though, before a game my girlfriends sleeve that covered the gun came off right before she was entering the "game zone". No warning was given , and two younger staff members took her gun away and said she was done FOR THE DAY with no refund for not being able to follow directions....classy. It does state in the safety briefing that no warning will be given, but i suggest management work on it's employees manners and invest in a "how to act in social settings" seminar. I also suggest your staff put forth the same effort in preventing people from actually playing paintball in maybe i dunno sticking to your hours of operation for those who have to take 40 minute road trip out there. All in all, if you're looking for a place to go paintball... choose one that isn't close to an hour away. If the customer service/experience is as bad as this place, atleast you save half a tank of gas and a good part of your day.

This place is pretty sweet. I've only been to 3 paintball fields (PB Knights, Krossfire, Cousins(Dallas) and this one is by far the best of the 3. You have to do the safety briefing in order to play. They're very strict on their rules, but are easy to follow. First, and most important rule is to NOT take your mask off during play or you'll get banned for the day (insurance policy). Overall, this is a good field to go to, just follow the rules. Tip: You can get paint about $8 cheaper at Paintball Mart.

I would rate this as simply Poor. We had a group event planned for 6PM on a Saturday night (they advertise to close at 8PM), and arrived an hour early. When I arrived at 5PM after the 45 minute drive from NW San Antonio, I was told that I would not be able to play because they will be closing early due to the small party size. There was 10 in my party, and about two other groups of 4 totaling 18 people. The young kid behind the counter was rude and wouldn't even let me play in the last 2-3 games simply because he was too lazy to do a safety briefing for 2 of us who wanted to play. This place closed early for no reason even though they advertised to be open to 8PM. It was a waste of gas, and a waste of money to prepay for vouchers that we will never go back to redeem. Terrible Customer Service for a first timer who will never go back.
