Ugh. Never again. I bought a Groupon for $20 and recently used it. I read the bad reviews, but thought I would give them a chance. I wish I could get my money not worth it. Although the car wash and wax weren't bad (there were some streaks left, etc.) but it was relatively clean and shiny... the inside of the car left much to be desired. Although they vacuumed, they didn't do a very good job as numerous areas were not done and there were crumbs, etc., left behind. Looks like they ignored the areas on the sides of the seats. It looks like it was done very quickly and without attention to detail. Also, they only wiped off part of the dash, etc. and the rest was left dirty. Very disappointing. I will not be back and don't recommend you go there either. I did eat while there. Food was "okay"; nothing special. Server polite though.

I bring my car here every year for inside and outside detail cleaning, and the quality of service is well worth the money. While you wait they have a great WIFI connection and have excellent food with lots of good kid-friendly choices too.

Stay far, far away from the Hub Car Wash. I would never, ever go back! Because of interactions I have had with Firehouse BB, I wanted to do all I could to support the Hub Car Wash. I am getting ready to sell my 2004 Audi A4 so I brought it to the Hub Car Wash for $200 worth of services -- inside, outside, engine detail, etc. Buff, wax, everything. I was told they were going to have one or two guys work on it all afternoon -- I thought great, I will get a great job. Well, I got the car back and I was VERY disappointed. While they got the carpets clean, they were soaked and started to smell. While all the interior surfaces were that shiny black, they had simply sprayed over dirt! It looked like they took 10 seconds to do the insides of the windows and there were large patches that were still dirty that I had to redo. There was no chance that they had buffed and waxed the exterior. The engine bay was clean -- where it was easy to reach -- but they did not do the hood or any of the edges anywhere. If that was not bad enough, they lost a hubcap, my radio no longer works, the driver side sun visor is now broken as is the glove compartment door hinge. I waited three days to get a call back from the owner and he asked me to come over. He said he would not waste my time, but he did. He agreed that the job was less than up to par but was unwilling to address any of the major issues I had raised. Oh wait -- he did offer to give me a $20 dollar car wash. Awesome. So basically I paid $200 so that I can now spend my time and money fixing issues that they created for me. I will never ever go back and I will be sure to steer folks away from there for sure.

I went this morning to use a groupon offer ($20.00) for a wash & "hand wax." Spraying wax from a bottle to be rubbed on while you dry off the car is NOT a hand wax. The car wasn't even cleaned beforehand; there were water spots on the body and dirt on the wheels. I DO NOT recommend this car wash. I also got a serious attempt to up sell in the beginning, promising a "six month guarantee" on a machine applied wax job. Does that mean the spray wax would have been sprayed by a machine instead of a person's hand? How do you guarantee wax? The food wasn't so great either. I saw another review that suggested the spray-it-yourself wash in Rockrimmon. I completely agree.

I bought the groupon for this place to get a car was and wax. It was terrible. I arrived and the guy was having me take a look at my car to see if I wanted to add any services....he took me to the back of my SUV to see the wheels and we I got back to the front the other guy had "inspected" my windshield and found a crack! I had just gotten the windshield replaced the previous week and I had been watching it daily for cracks so I know there was no crack! I did not see this guy crack my windshield but I am sure he did! They asked if I wanted them to fix it and I said no! Whatever you do do not stop looking at the front of your car where the windshield is! The car wash/wax was ok they missed a bunch of spots that I had to point out and it took them 4 hours but it finally got finished!

Ryan, we're sorry to hear your experience was disappointing. It sounds like your car wash and wax was satisfactory, but we're disturbed by your implication that our staff would intentionally damage your vehicle to make a sale. Windshield cracks can happen at any time, regardless of how recently it may have been replaced, and everyone on our staff is a trustworthy professional. If you would like to speak with me directly about your concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can watch the two dozen cameras I have on the facility. Please check your receipt the only service that takes four hours is a full detail. Thank you, Michelle, Owner
