I just paid $25.95 for the Hub Supreme. Complete waste of money! They didn't do a very good job vacuuming, still dirty on the center console, dashboard still dusty. Rims still had dirt on them, back tailgate was dirty. Not sure how they can justify charging $25.95 for something I could have accomplished with no effort at the self wash. It also took almost an hour for them to do it.

What a waste of money! Went specifically to have the interior vacuumed, let the guy who wrote up the ticket know that and still they failed. I could do better on my own for a lot less money. $13 for a car wash with that level of service is unacceptable!

All I can say is AMAZING!! I took my car in yesterday to have the Premium Interior Detail and I was incredibly surprised when I picked up my car. I had read the reviews from this location, but had a gift certificate and gave them a chance. Everyone was very nice and seemed grateful for the business. I also really appreciated the follow up call from T.J. making sure I was satisfied with the services. I have never had my car detailed before, and could not be happier! They cleaned it from top to bottom and it looks as new as when I bought it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys, they really do a quality job! Can't wait to take my car in to have it waxed and get the headlights restored. Again Rob, thank you so much for such a great job done!

I paid $50.00 for a wash and quick detail and what did they do? They dinged my car. Of course I can't prove that it wasn't there before, so they won't fix it. All they did to the interior was make the seats wet and do a terrible job at vacuuming. My car came out worse than before. Never going back. I cannot believe that I just paid $50.00 for someone to ding my car.

What a great place to get your car washed and detailed! Over the weekend we had some great weather and my car was in need of a wash. Not only did I recently drive it cross country, but my dog vomitted in the front seat all over the carpet and mat. The attendant that wrote up my ticket was great. He explained the extra fee for the bio-hazard and let me know (because it was packed on a 70+ degree day in February) it may take an hour+ if I wanted to drop it off and come back or wait. Turns out their diner is pet friendly! The dog was with me as we were running errands and heading to the dog park after. They did an excellent job. The carpets looked great. I only bought the interior package that dealt with carpets and mats and came with a wash (I have a dalmatian and getting that hair out is at least a 2 hour job). They vacumned very well and even got the french fries stuck between the side of the seats! The outside looked wonderful. My finace commented that the car looked brand new. My car was great, but there was a truck there that the gentleman thought the windshield could be better, told the attendant, and he took care of it right away. I thought that was nice. Everyone was very friendly and my dog and I got to enjoy some ice cream while we waited. I would highly recommend and will definately be going back.

We had heard great things about The Hub from past friends, who would take their classic cars there to get washed and detailed. We arrived in my wife's 2012 Nissan Altima to get a good wash, something better than the automatic one's could provide. We selected the Route 66 wash, which included a wash, hand dry, dashboard dusted, interior vacuum, windows/mirrors, and door jams cleaned, an air freshener, etc.... They noticed three rock chips in the windshield and we agreed to allow them to fill the chips in. The chip repair was poorly done. Whatever material they use is now smeared around the chips and even inside the windshield, and the chips aren't even filled in properly. We'll have to go elsewhere to have it done correctly. The car was far from clean when we got in to drive away. The windows weren't cleaned, the interior hadn't been dusted or vacuumed, the door jams were still filthy, there were still dead bugs on the front of the car and windshield, and the cherry on the top was no air freshener. I was angry and wanted to have them actually do the job that we'd paid for, but we had already been there for an hour and had plans for the rest of the day. We'll never go back and we recommend that no one else does, until they have a serious overhaul of their processes.

Ryan? You are one of the owners of The Hub Car wash off of Lexington and Woodmen? And the other owner is Rich? I was Pleasantly surprised to see that you answered a reviewers comment and ask that they speak with you. I would Like to speak with you as well about an insident that occured there today 6-5-14. When talking to your ManagerJohn Estrada I asked for your name and contact information, John became very defensive and upset. He went as far as to call me and my daughter names and curse at us. I would like to speak to either you or Rich and get the matter resolved. I will leave my name and number with the cashier on 6-6-14. My name is Nikki. I really hope you contact me, as I have always loved this place and I hate to let John destroy my trust in The Hub. Thank you
