Would you like to make Thai pickles for holiday gifts? Here's a quick and simple pickle recipe. To make the brine, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of salt in a small sauce pan, stir over medium heat until sugar and salt dissolve. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Slice vegetables of your choice. I love daikon, cucumber, carrots and ‪#‎watermelonradish‬. Combine vegetables with the brine and place in a jar, seal and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Use within 3 weeks. Enjoy! ‪#‎wthaisauce‬ ‪#‎enjoythaifood‬ ‪#‎wsauceholidayrecipe‬
