As an experienced skydiver, I've seen many dropzones and many tandem instructors. The dropzone appeared safe and organized, but there was very little personal service. There was little to no conversation between tandem masters and their "students". In the 4 hours that I was there, I counted 4 fun jumpers and the others on the 7 plane loads were all tandem. It's fantastic that they are introducing so many people to skydiving, but I hope those people understand that there is a huge skydiving community where the jumpers and instructors are friendly and helpful. 2 of my friends jumped tandem and one of them didn't even meet his tandem master until he was being put into a harness and walked to the plane. No instruction or reassurance of any kind. Definitely not a place for fun jumpers or AFF students since the landing area is really tight.

Took my wife skydiving for her birthday, and was disappointed with the overall experience. We bought the photo package and the instructors would turn the cameras on and make it look like "ahhh we are having so much fun!" then they would turn the camera off and just talk to each other. When you are at this place you get the feeling they just want your money, they care less about your actual experience and more about just moving through their line of customers. Two of the Spanish guys were very nice, and sincere.. but as for the rest of the staff it was just disappointing. I chose this place because of the good price but if I were to do it again I would just pay extra money to go somewhere that they really care about your experience. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this place at all.

1st time skydiving and it couldn't have been a better experience. Everyone are very professional and go out of their way to make you laugh and feel comfortable. I can highly recommend Carlos.

I absolutely love this drop zone! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The instructors are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. They are very much concerned with safety and that's why I will continue to come here. I have made 7 jumps here so far and plan on making many more!! Highly recommend.

Wow! What a great time! Check-in/waivers/payment was easy and modern. Tandem staff was fun super fun (jumped w/Pascoal Rodrigues) and I felt very safe. This is a top notch place! I will be back soon!

I can't even tell you how they are here, because I didn't make it past the phone conversation. I simply wanted to know if there was any instructors that had jumped with paraplegics before. The lady on the phone kept telling that the instructors weren't "trained" for "special needs people", but have jumped with them before. I tried to explain to her that I wasn't "special needs" that I was paralyzed and had no mobility past my chest. I just needed to know if anyone had jumped with a paralyzed person before because the landing could be tricky if my legs aren't secured properly. She proceeded to repeat herself in an unprofessional manner that she couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't break my legs. I responded that I know, just like no one can guarantee that I won't die on impact. I wasn't asking for guarantees just simply whether someone has experience jumping with paraplegics. At this point I decided if the person answering the phone was this incompetent I had no desire to try my luck with the instructors and took my business to Skydiving Space Center where not only is their customer service friendly and knowledgeable but their instructors are very experienced in jumping with people with all types of disabilities.

Funny! "It's a little windy" which caused my sister a broken leg and a broken toe! Very impressive for the 1st time! Called and asked about it, got a respond "she signed the waiver paper, she is responsible for it", so cold! Completely understood the waiver paper; however, it is kinda bs to me! Wondering what happen if it's not a broken leg but somebody's life? oh yeah, "the waiver paper".
