Amazing experience with Denise...was so stressed about finding a place in time and with my non existing credit but she was a huge help at easing my stresses and I was approved in no time. Honestly one of my best customer service experiences. Thank you so much Denise. - Miguel

I have been living in these apartments for about eight years now, we moved in when I was a kid and I basically grew up here. Along with growing up here I've also seen many changes in the way things are done. They used to have a large staff of maintenance workers, now they just have a few. They also used to have a bunch of people working in the office that knew how things worked, now they only have maybe two. Along with the changes in the way the apartment complex is ran the quality of people they let move in here has decline as well. Our original neighbors were great people, we got a long very well. Ever since they left we have had nothing but trouble. Every set of neighbors we've had, whether it be next door or the people on the bottom floor, have been loud and obnoxious. Nearly everyone of them has played their music loud with the bass on until the early hours of the morning. My current neighbor is very literally a prostitute. Not to mention there have been a series of car break ins in the parking lot, which I'm sure the office does nothing about. When I first moved in there were a bunch of kids playing at the playground, and I had a group of teenage friends my age that would hangout outside until it got dark. Now I'm frightened to walk to my apartment from the parking lot when I get home from work at night. The only children playing at the park now are either little punks who damage things or kids whose parents are oblivious. As I write this review there is a group of people outside screaming and fighting, one just brought a piece of gym equipment out to hit someone with. I highly suggest you do not move into these apartments, I have a friend who recently moved back and she wants out right away. If you have a family or children or are a young adult worried about their safety this most definitely isn't the place for you. Although, if you're a drug dealer, prostitute or something related to that line of work this place most definitely has business for you. This post is not one to be ignored.

Moved in over 5 years ago. Nice neighborhood, local to much of the city. Staff is always friendly(Holly), and understanding when times are tough. Clientele has taken a turn for the worst in recent years...perhaps better background checks. Facilities are cleaned, though people continue to trash areas(laundry: use liquid soap morons) To previous poster about roaches...maybe your cleanliness was the problem.
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Questionable renters

The service they provide is horrible. They take their time to take action on any request you submit to fix or perform any type of maintenance. Do not expect any type of customer service for the management here they care less of their tenants situations or recommendations. Do not ask for any favor cause they will either ignore them or forget about them if a situation comes up such as rent, parking, maintenance, or any prior notice of get together s.

Put my move in deposit for an apartment there but two weeks later the lady that lived there decided not move out after all and the apartments told me that my deposit was non refundable. So we got no apartment and no money in return.
