It's really different, Paul.  I have several gold varieties but this one stands out, for sure.

Are you new to growing orchids?  If you are, the Moth orchid or Phalaenopsis is the perfect choice for you.  These long lasting orchids require low light conditions found in most homes.

See how to grow them:  http://thegardeningcook.com/moth-orchids-phalaenopsis-great-choice-beginners/

Story
Tagline
Gardening addict? Who, me?
Introduction
I've always loved being out in the garden, and would create one wherever I've lived.  It's not that I'm addicted to nature, I just couldn't live without it.

If it's growing, I'm fascinated.  If I can propagate it, even better - even plants that normally don't like to make more of themselves give up when I get a hold of them.

Xeriscaping and gardening with hardy succulents is the best thing that ever happened, and now I use Sempervivum and Sedum (among others) to create succulent crafts like globes and mosaics, and to plant into hypertufa creations.
Bragging rights
Whatever stands still long enough to be planted will be transformed into a unique and radical display for my hardy succulent collection; watch out!
