Hi all,
I'd like to know if I can use the Google Earth Sattelite view as a Portal image.

The place I want to send as a candidate is
here (in Google Map), which is here (in Ingress Intel Map):
https://www.ingress.com/intel?ll=35.633272,139.543882&z=20

This place is where two cannal is crossing. And higher cannal is chooped by lower cannal, not bridging.
Instead, higher cannal is piped beneath the lower cannal, and with the principal of siphon, water is re-flowed back with it's original hight. This way, each cannal will not loose any water hight.

I think seeing this place is very educational, and hence worth becoming portal. However, though I did try my best, I was unable to take any good photo from the ground, which illustrates this interesting structure. The best shot I could ever found was the one on the Google Earth, the sattelite view.

So, comes the original question. Is it possible to use Google Earth Sattelite view photo as a image for portal candidate? And if yes, how??
