The place's costumer service is horrible! I tried to upgrade my iPhone, so I signed up to their "you'll get a text as soon as you're next" waited 45 min and I had not been called. I walked up to one of their ascociates and she said "I noticed you had been standing there for a while can I help you".. To make things worse I asked to speak to the manager and as soon as I told him what I wanted to speak to him about, hi walked away without saying anything ((STAY AWAY)) from this location!!

The staff is very professional and helpful! I been looking for a very specific audio extender cable at many stores. Finally this location was able to find it and hold it for me til I arrive. I was available to call ahead get the item I wanted and the staff had it ready at the service desk for me to pick up and pay. They even refered to me by my name

It is impossible to get through by phone and talk to someone. I called and waited 54 minutes on hold only for someone to pick up and say "please hold". They put me on hold befor I could even respond and say no.

STAY AWAY from the mobile department!! when there to buy a new phone and renew my contract, thinking about good crevice. (How wrong was I) Guy came up to me, asked for my number & said you will get a text when they're ready to see you. After that, 32minutes went by & three people who came in after me got their phones and left, until a female worker came up to me and said you've been waiting there for some time can i help you. Long story short, she said can i make you an appointment i asked why she said people change there minds. My opinion DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY IN COMPTON CA

I spent nearly two hours in this store just waiting. Purchased a Surface Pro and asked to have the shield installed. Was told it would take 10 minutes, then later changed to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later it's finally done. Went home and realized they gave me the wrong product. Went right back to the store, explained to customer service that I was given the wrong device. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring up the right one. First attempt they brought the same wrong surface as the first one. Then we sat around for another 40 minutes waiting for the shield to be installed. I come here regularly because it is close, but I'm going to a different location from now on. Consistently have bad experiences.
