Simple spot for classic Thai fare plus non-standards like spicy “angel wings” in chile-garlic sauce.- Google
"Great tasting spicy Thai food, but the portions are small."
"The BBQ chicken was fantastic as well as the pad thai, papaya salad, and soups."

This is pretty close to the standard of Thai food in used to in Thailand and in Thai gown in North Hollywood. I think it's a bit pricey for what is offered and considering the portions but other than that it's great. Gets busy quick. Minutes one star for not having 2 of the Dorian's I tried to order on a busy Saturday at noon. If they don't have it they should stop handing out chefs special menus when seating customers

Best Pra-Ram Beef in town. Food quality has gone downhill, portion size much smaller and prices have gone up. Last time I ordered the Avocado Salad there was maybe 1/2 of an avocado in it. :-( The dining area is old and dirty. Tables and seating old and dirty. Bathroom smells like a third world country. Health department shutdown Marnee last year for food health/safety violations. C'mon owners you can make this better.

I love this place. One of the first places my wife and I ate at while on vacation here years ago. Still as great as always. You really can't go wrong here. It might seem a little odd when you first walk in, but trust me, just try as much as you can. Lots of yummy things to explore. Pro tip: Make sure to get the tray with all the hot sauces on it. Not saying any of them will beat the absolutely amazing jar of flaming hot garlicky fish sauce on your table... but worth a try for sure! Oh yeah, don't ruin this place! It's great the way it is!!

I had this place on my list for awhile as it came highly recommended by various friends across the city. Unfortunately, I found it to be a solid "ok". Came here on a Tuesday night with three friends for dinner. We were able to get a table for four on arrival (around 7pm), which was great. We ordered a bunch of food, family style. Angel wings: 3-stars. The wings were absolutely covered in garlic. Like large diced chunks of garlic just mounded on top of the wings. The sauce itself was a tad sweet and sticky, but the garlic overwhelmed any other flavor. Papaya salad with soft shell crab: 4-stars. The crab was cooked well, crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. There was a good meat-to-crust ratio, but with just two pieces of crab, this salad needed more. The papaya was fresh but could have used just a slight kick. Panang beef: 3-stars. Cubes of flavorful beef with a side of broccoli. The flavor was on point for the beef, but the meat was overly stringy. The broccoli was boring, served completely plain on the side without any sauce and it could have use a little garlic or spice or something. Roast duck: 4-stars. Probably my favorite dish of the night. The duck was fatty, tender, and delicious, with a deliciously sweet glaze. The greens accompanying the duck were quite overdone, but they still gave a nice bitter taste to cut through the sweet fattiness of the duck. Overall, nothing to write home about and certainly not worth going out of your way for, but an ok place if you're in the neighborhood.

Small portions (serves two to three? yeah right! barely one!), overcooked, not nearly as spicy as I expected from a Thai place with spicy warnings (I guess this IS San Francisco though). Rice had zero flavor and wasn't even warm. Chicken was tough and had no flavor, so I'm guessing it just got boiled in the soup. Things that can't be eaten are left in the soup, which is surprising for a place that touts itself as being Michelin recommended (does that mean Bib Gourmand?). Come on chef, you know better. I don't think I'd be nearly as hard on this place if there wasn't so much undeserved hype.

I arrived around 7pm on a Sunday night and was seated right away (upon leaving around almost 9pm, line was out the door.) I had the tom yum soup, which was very flavorful with ample other ingredients inside. The pad see ew was delicious! It wasn't greasy, yet the flavors came through the egg and noodles. The spicy chicken wings were just ok, I don't recommend ordering that appetizer. My favorite part of the meal was the dessert, mango sticky rice. It wasn't too sweet and the rice had just the right texture and the mangoes were ripe! Service on the other hand was below average. I think there's a miscommunication some where in their team. Different staff members walked around to different tables but never remembering the right requests. Also, it was difficult to flag down a staff member. Great food, but I may or may not be back...

Probably one of the best Thai places in San Francisco with a surprising amount of seating.
