Another Brand New Way to Run for President
If this Hillary thing works, everyone who wants to be president from this time onward will have
to have an announcement that is like a mini-documentary on the inherent
goodness, diligence, kindness and determination of the average American citizen....

Passing this on with a bit of advice,
Don't trust your heart to a girl carved from ice

She glitters like diamonds when it's sunny and cold but has nothing to offer and nothing to hold

Even worse when it warms and your blood starts to flow when you hold her ice hand you have nowhere to go

She will drip she will drop she will leak she will slop then just disappear in a caretakers mop

So young men take a warning when winter moves in an ice girl may be lovely but never close in!

Wrong Scott. You can hate it but you can't silence it. Not without consequence, but we should always say what we mean. When you stomp on an ugly word, someplace a beautiful word says ouch. Okay? Not ouch but you won't let the word appear here.

If Facebook ever makes soap, someone should wash New York Times editor Dean Baquet's mouth out with some.

Responding to a journalism professor who called him out on Facebook for not publishing the Charlie Hebdo cartoons at the center of the Paris terror attacks, Baquet used a really bad word. My editors won't let me type it here, so you know it's bad. But for whatever reason, Baquet used it.

According to The New York Times' own social media policy, which is a matter of public record and easily accessible via a quick Google search, Baquet was in the wrong.

Let's get this straight upfront: I don't care what the professor said or how he said it, you do not use this word in response to anyone on social media. And you especially don't use it if you are the editor of one of the world's most recognized and respected newspapers.

Period.

Let's talk more about that in #SoSocial , my nationally syndicated social media column in the +Chicago Tribune.

Happy New Year! Here at Critical Kpop, we may be ringing in the new year a full fifteen hours behind our Korean neighbors, but this gives us the opportunity to our editors to make predictions about Kpop in 2015. We consulted the oracles, now let’s see what they have to say – will 2015 be gloomy or bright? What does the new year have in store for us?

I can't say enough about working with Narcis on buying our new VW, which, for the first time in our long career of working with Narcis, is VW RED! He was completely comfortable to talk with. No pressure. Nothing misleading. All right on the table. I don't think you could find a better agent to work with in buying VWs and I will not hesitate to send even my best friends to see him. The man is an 11 on the 1 to 10 scale!
