Basic Information
Don't be fooled by the small location. Great restaurant! My wife and I ate here last week on our trip to Siesta Key. Great salsa, queso, and their wine margarita was fantastic! Excellent service as well and they give first-timers a welcome dessert to top off the meal!

Was able to call after-hours to schedule, they gave me an accurate timeframe on when I could expect the serviceman (however quickly iI wanted) and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Offer free estimate with no trip charge. Prices were a little high but was convenient as I didn't have to take time off work. My serviceman, Mark, was friendly and professional. Felt very comfortable having him in my home. Available at all hours.

My wife and I went here for our 1st anniversary last weekend! The service was absolutely fantastic. I appreciate a few people posting some helpful reviews here as it lead us to try the Stuffed Salmon - which I will recommend as well. The stuffed salmon was amazing! We ordered the tilapia dish too and it wasn't the greatest, but the salmon was the best I've ever had. Later I found out that I should have ordered the shark...too little, too late. They also went out of their way and gave us free, "smaller/sample" portions of an appetizer and desert because it was our anniversary. After reading some of these horrible reviews I was a little worried that we were going to drop some decent money at this place. I must say that you have to check your expectations: if you're used to "fancy" restaurants that are BIG on class, giving you a quiet setting, good food with a unique presentation, and serving "normal-sized" portions then this is your place. If you're looking for HUGE PORTIONS of food, like most Americans have become accustomed to, then this isn't your place whatsoever. I definitely will return to McCormick and Schmick's.
