Great customer service! I love what they offer, my mother has shopped here for years. I love being able to trust what I'm eating and knowing the ingredients in my food. Great service, great food, great products, and all at reasonable prices!

Hey D. Woods again! I had a chance to visit this Whole Foods in Jacksonville and it was pretty similar to other locations that I have been to, so my review will be a Whole Foods Vs Whole Foods type review. Now for the most part you are going to get the same types of products and price points for their merchandise here as you would anywhere else (unless you are that in-tune with their prices that you notice a $.05 different in Graham Crackers) , but the people are never the same and this location is still trying to establish an identity and store culture. The VALUE here was decent, but their prepared hot food section was very small and less appetizing than expected. You won’t get maximum variety here and if you are looking for say a burger, the process of finding someone who can help was pretty entertaining (It literally took 3 people and 7 conversations for me to order one and pay), but everyone was nice about helping me so it was cool! From a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE perspective nothing truly stood out other than their willingness to work through the confusion of cooking a burger. As I mentioned the staff wasn’t completely gelling yet which may contribute to other bad experiences patrons have had in the past and that will take time to correct with the right in store leadership. There was an in-store VitaMix demonstration going on which was neat and the cashiers were courteous enough to grab a few bags of ice for our meat goods. I would still RECOMMEND this location because at the end of the day it is a Whole Foods and people who shop here are pretty loyal to the brand. Just be prepared to be a little underwhelmed if you have visited other Whole Foods locations in the southern region.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Selection was great. Very surprised and happy. Don't know why some make negiative remarks about the staff or selection.

One thing people must understand... Whole foods is not like Walmart... Each individual store is allowed a lot of independence... Prices between two whole foods may vary(unless owned by the same person), so, just because experience here was not on par, does not mean all whole foods are like this... That bein said... It's a whole foods so I like coming here... A more expensive whole foods than I like and the hot foods sections isn't the best I've seen at a whole foods.. Call to Salt Lake City region of Whole Foods, ask then what they are doing right, emulate, be a much better store... P.s. love you anyway wholefoods <3

Used to be a lot better, but their current staff is very rude. The seafood and meat departments are especially bad. One of the best things about Whole Foods Markets in general is their phenomenal beauty sections. The one inside this location is definitely below par. I guess I'll have to look for another natural foods store. . .but my closest option is a lot farther than San Jose.

I am a frequent shopper at Whole Foods. I have been to this location 3-4 times and the service is very poor. The employees are not helpful and particularly rude. The Whole Foods stores are vastly different. The other stores have a greater selection and more local products blended into the selections, however the Jacksonville location seems heavily pre-packaged. Again the customer service is horrible and the employees need to take a trip to the headquarters to learn a thing or two about customer service. Greeting and smiling with a customer goes a long way. I will look into other alternative organic grocery stores. Attention Whole Paychecks---YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!

It's okay, if you live on that side of town. They do have a wonderful selection of gluten free foods and that would be the only reason I would travel there. I can get most of the stuff in my neighborhood store. It might be easier to order from Amazon and have it delivered.

Whole Foods Market hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
