I'm a dog trainer working on my Masters degree in Fear Aggression in dogs. I live with my boyfriend and our zoo (snake, bird, fish, guinea pig and 2 dogs).

If I was rating simply the food, there would definitely be 5 stars. This is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat. The only reason I drop them 1 star is that ocasionally the service is slow and they do not pay attention to what you have asked for (no lemon on tea is hit or miss), and second, the menu clearly states that Iced Tea (sweet or unsweet) is 1.99, however every time I have ordered sweet tea I've been charged 2.25. While that is not a huge difference, to me it is the principle of the thing. I shouldn't have to argue to be charge the menu price on items. The food is absolutely amazing. So I just always get water now.

They are a monopoly on gas and they know it. So they don't care at all if they are cheating customers. And when we called the Railroad Commission to lodge a complaint, guess who was the agent? A Centerpoint employee. Biggest joke EVER. I despise this company and everything they have done to my husband and I in the 3 years we've had this "service". Charging us more than 3 times what neighbors were getting and insisting it must be our usage (there's 2 of us, and only the air and water are on the gas heater in a 1054 sq ft home, yeah right). Made us spend nearly $1500 proving that we did NOT have a leak before finally changing our meter. The website is always down so we can't make our payments online. Then when I schedule them over the phone they just don't put it through. Customer service was ridiculous. They could care less if I'm unhappy with my service because they know they are the only option for gas. Luckily there ARE other options for heat and we just took one of them. Centerpoint Energy will not be getting my business willingly ever again.

The hotel room looks like it is supposed to be high end and really nice. We were unfortunately very disappointed in the very many things that were in disrepair. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder, so the toilet paper was just hanging on the empty roll holder. The shower head was not attached properly to the wall. There were holes in the grout on the floor. We had a light switch that did nothing. My husband went downstairs to get us a drink so we could take our medications for the night. As he struggled to get the machines to take his money, 3 employees walked by and looked at him. He finally asked one of them if he was doing something wrong only to be told "oh, they are both broken." While taken individually, none of these are horrible, when put all together it spells a poorly run hotel. Staff is not trained to assist guests and signs are not put in place for broken vending machines. At least it was clean and the cleaning staff were very nice.

Service is terrible and the last 4 times I have been there they have been out of baked potatoes...how hard is it to have enough potatoes? When you see a clear increase in demand, increase your supply! This is ridiculous!

Very disappointed in the lack of care given. I feel like they just rush you through the line. I always order the tuna and they just put the mounds on there without spreading it so i end up with half bread only. They don't stop to listen either. Just toss the ingredients and throw you to the next person. If i had another option within lunch break distance I would take it.

The food is amazing. However, it is very unprofessional for their website to list their hours as 11am-11pm when nearly every time I go there at 10pm or later they are closed up tight.
