Awesome job! Love the example of PR firm running the company twitter account. It's hard for a pr firm to be authentic when they aren't living and breathing the company they represent.

I don't think "I'm just too lazy" is an excuse. It's a lifestyle choice. :)

Water-powered fuel-cell technology coming soon. If this works, it will be incredible and I am totally getting one!

I have to admit it, I am extremely partial to the Morton's tweet and not just because my best friend was the one who tweeted it. Morton's response was an unbelievable example of how you can use social tools to provide exceptional customer service. What does that result in? Yup, both repeat and new business!
Twitter is looking back on the most "remarkable" stories that surfaced this year involving a single Tweet and how it affected the lives of its users.

Trying to help my SIL win a photo contest. She is SO close. If you're on FB and would not mind "liking" this photo, I would appreciate it.

This is a MUST READ for everyone in the workforce but, in particular, parents who work full time and their bosses.
Avoiding burnout isn’t about getting three square meals or eight hours of sleep. It’s not even necessarily about getting time at home. I have a theory that burnout is about resentment. And you beat it...

How the state of Georgia is harming our children. I hate to think how many of them have been bullied at school this week as a result of this advertising campaign. Yet, day in and say out, restaurants continue to serve fries with EVERY child meal.

Let's just give up charging for them and find another way to make the billing work.
