Army PaYS Program

The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of corporations, companies, and public sector agencies. The program provides America's youth with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future!

- Part of the Army's effort to partner with America's business community and reconnect America with the Army
- Provides a recruiting incentive to increase the Army's ability to man the force
- In conjunction with other transition programs, provides the partner with a motivated, experienced, and qualified workforce
- PaYS is an opportunity for partners to work with the Army in community outreach programs and events

PaYS partners recruit only the best Soldiers, ROTC Cadets and OCS/WOFT candidates with proven skills and experience. PaYS Soldiers are trained in jobs required by the civilian sector. They possess excellent work ethics, communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to work well as a part of a team.
