Happy Monday!

Monday, oh Monday. The one day of the week met with the most angst. Start your week off right by indulging yourself in what feels good to you. Be it a beautiful coffee or tea from the cafe, some fresh flowers to brighten up your workspace, or simply just taking time out for yourself. If you please, allow for a little yoga at lunchtime!

Happy what is supposed to be the first day of spring! 🌻🌱

Despite the snow globe outside, today three auspicious celestial events collide: spring solstice, new (super) moon, and a total solar eclipse!

Variations of a pose don't always have to mean an easier version, it could be testing your limits and going beyond what you think you're capable of. It could be indulging your playful side, just trying something for the fun of it, or you could be breaking through fears, mastering self limiting beliefs. Whatever it is, allow for your practice to be fun, gratifying, and to leave you feeling better than before you stepped onto your mat.
