Food was all fresh and timely. Amazing wait staff. Great serving sizes, little pricey but well worth it. Fresh out of the oven bread. So many good choices on the menu I'll most definitely return for more. Again, I'll emphasize the great wait staff as well. Danette was an awesome waitress!

Hated it, Yes, hated. The host didn't inform anyone about the a/c being broke in the dining room, neither did the waitress. When we were seated, I complained to the waitress, and she said, "I'll see what I can do about turning it down". She never mentioned that the a/c was broke until after we had ordered out food. My husband and i were the only ones in the place, and it turns out, that the a/c in the bar was working. By the time our food came out, it was too hot, so we got it boxed up, and left.

Food was pretty good, chicken was a little over cooked, but the cavatappi martini itself was good overall. The waiting staff was good but inexperienced.

We had Restaurant Review week where our apartment complex caters from one restaurant each month for the residents to try out and review their food. On Feb 2, we had Carrabba's with one server putting food on plates for the residents as we lined up to receive. Came my turn I asked if there were meat in the pasta? The server said no then proceeded to ask if it was ok to have a ceaser as though implying that potentially it wasn't. I only asked about the meat in the pasta. I didn't expect an attitude coming from the server but she began to immediately imply that I shouldn't be getting a portion to try out. This is "Restaurant Review" week and if you want to promote the food at your restaurant, that includes the service when you come on site for the catering. It should also be ok for guests to ask about the food in case they have food sensitivities and allergies that which I have but was made to feel badly for asking. Horrible service. I had to begin explaining myself about food sensitivities and allergies just because I asked if there was meat in the pasta. That's ridiculous having to give an explanation in front of everyone that was waiting in line just because you ASKED one question about the food that was being SAMPLED. Because of that horrid experience I received by the server (this was at Liv Ahwatukee), can't say that I'd want to eat here. There are plenty of other excellent Italian restaurants to go around then those where you get attitude from a server just because you asked about a dish because you may have food sensitivities and allergies. The pasta was soggy, bland, the ceasar was good but I hesitated to ask for more salad when I was up there because the server had made such a big deal about my asking about the meat in the pasta. I want everyone to know about the horrible service received by that server from Carrabba's so they know that if they have food sensitivities that they should NEVER eat here.

i would give it Zero stars, but i cant since it wont let me rate it so low. Well how should i start?? The place is definitely very unsanitary. The staff would careless about you even tho they seem very friendly, they just want your hard earn cash. The managers are the worst ive ever met in my life! All i hear from them is money, money money! Certainly its not their Quality of their disgusting food Which by the way it all taste the same! What i find most disturbing is how unsanitary their way of handling and storing food is, and even tho this is obvious to everyone, nobody seems the least reluctant to eat there or care. Next time you go there check your plate and ill bet you anything its dirtier than the floor! YUCK!!!

This is an excellent restaurant with great service, quiet atmosphere, and a menu that meets my gluten free requirements. Food is always fresh, never frozen. This is our chosen spot to take clients because we're certain they won't let us down.

I after coming here for the first time, I felt so sick to have spent $70 on the most disappointing dinner ever! A friend had said that this was THE BEST Italian restaurant in town. How wrong he could be!!! Was he pranking us? Well, to start we ordered clams... yuck!!! I ordered pork chops and when it came out, there was a layer of burned debris... probably from not cleaning the grill for a week. It was black!! My husband got a pasta dish, I think maybe it was a fettuccine chicken alfredo? Well, the noodles tasted like it was cooked in contaminated faucet water! yuck!!!! I walked out as hungry as I walked in and it pained us both when we paid the bill!!! Never again!
