Good burger place, consistency is rare! Drinks are either strong or bland whether they're cocktails or "featured fountain drinks". Unlimited/bottomless Fries are usually cold compared to your burger but they're Unlimited/bottomless so stfu. i always recommend the tall tower of onion rings but on my last visit, a few were extra dark(burnt).. Ild still go with friends if they want to go, but its not my first choice or top pick!

Quick Review Service: It is crappy, servers don't make you feel welcome and don't seem like they would love to help you. Food: The food is okay but I would pick Carl's Jr any day over this from now on after what happen. Wait time: The longest they have ever taken to get me food was 47 mins but normally the wait time is 7-20 mins. Long Review This whole review is for this exactly Red Robin location, I don't know how bad or good the others are. I have been coming here for 7 years and it was an honor to see this place turn to shit. Ther service is complete crap, the servers don't seem happy to help you. Back then, the workers were really awesome. When you come in, you get a friendly welcome "Hey whats up, how are you doing today?!" with a big smile and enthusiasm. Today, I got one pissed off server who didn't point out what I couldn't and what I could to fit the requirements to get a free burger for my birthday meal. She just said you can get a gourmet burger and chicken burger. I honestly know whats not a gourmet burger, anything with beef I think is gourmet and I think I should look into that. It would of been better if she physically point at the pages. Going on to the food. It's alright, honestly if you want something faster and just as good WITH WAY BETTER SERVICE, go across the street to In n Out. The burgers use to be big with large portions of fries. Now the meat is not juicy, the burgers are no where as big as the pictures in the menu, and they go cheap on the fries. Today's experience Today I came in really excited to get my free meal. When you sign up for Red Robin Royalty you get a free meal on the month of your birthday. The server I got is named Drea and she honestly did not seem happy to help. I ask how the birthday meal worked meaning mostly likely, its someones birthday, she didn't even ask if it was my birthday, she even forgot that I ask when she came to take my order. She took my number down to check my Red Robin Royalty to see if it was actually my birthday. When she first sat us down, I asked her how the birthday meal worked she said I could pick any gourmet burger or chicken burger. It would of been better if she pointed it out what i couldn't get because later when I picked the burger I wanted she said I am not allowed to get that for the birthday meal and she seem frustrated when I asked again what I could get. I end up picking another burger. She later brought out the food, and left. It took me awhile for me to notice that this was totally the wrong other. I told her the order was wrong and she started explaining to me how if i got the other burger anyways it would be smaller. Well damn this burger is already small already. this is like McDonald sized meat. When I started eating she came by to tell me that my number doesn't seem to be registered to Red Robin Royalty. Going back to another visit, the Manager told me that it was and that the problem was solved and this has happened for the past 4 visit and I thought it was over. Now at this point I am very unhappy because I was lied to and this is not how I imagined my birthday meal. She also offered to change my burger but she didn't seem happy to do so and I was also afraid she would spit in my burger because she didn't seem happy to help me as I am repeating this again. I end up talking to the manager but this time a different one. She said what I need to do and gave this meal to me for free, she asked if there was anything else she could do. I asked for fries, she never got my fries. I don't know if i explained this well but I really hope that the manager straightens up the employees and hires more enthusiastic people. I don't really plan to come back to this place any more after how much they have failed to satisfy, 9 disappointing times in a row. Again I come here often for the unlimited fires, that's the only thing that keeps me coming. You did a good job today Drea.

The wait was 20 minutes even though there were many open seats with no garbage on them. I found that a bit odd. There were many hosts at the door, but they were short staffed servers. Waited an hour for food that sat until it got cold. Server brought the wrong drinks. However, the manager was kind enough to pay for our food and offered to have our meals remade. The food was good when we finally got it warm and the way we had ordered it.

I love the never ending fries! Great place to go for a cheap burger and never ending sides. I always leave there feeling like I've eaten enough for the week. The restaurant can be loud, especially during the lunch and dinner time rush. The service can also be slow when the restaurant is crowded. It is a good idea to call ahead.

Service is a lot worse since Ziosk was installed. Corporate seems to think that they can get away with half the staff, but the waiters and waitresses are just super overworked now. The employees are still top-notch, there just aren't enough of them. Due to the lack of wait staff, food takes forever and comes out cold.

Asked for a Burnin love burger n they bring it without the jalapeño. They've run out. Then ask for more fries... 30 mins later and still no fries. No apologies nothing. Terrible service. Won't be back. Stay away.
