Too many people have developed an unwitting aversion to change. They sleep without knowing it and when they hear the alarm go off, they smash it to pieces. However, they still like to proclaim that they are ‘the best’, preferably at expensive conferences with dressed-up ‘best practices’. It is important not to confuse this arrogant conduct with open innovation.

If any single country ever succeeds in becoming the most innovative in the world, it will be because that country has dared to give the latent potential of its youth a chance. It is amazing how quickly our children can learn and, perhaps even more importantly, how quickly they learn from each other.
