I don't enjoy having to do a bad review, but if it will help someone to not have the same experience I had, then here goes. My initial experience was good. I was being fitted for a CPAP machine in January 2014 and everything went well. My Medicare was covering the expense and while the device was on rental I had no out of pocket expenses except some minimal ones for initial supplies. Then in August, without my knowledge Bennett billed my Medicare provider over $3,800 for me to purchase the machine. Which they did leaving me with a balance of $$472.00 to pay. I did not authorize this transaction, nor would I have. In November 2014, I called Bennett and spoke to a nice lady who said she would look into it and get back to me. I also followed-up to the phone call with a letter to Bennett in Reno and requested to either have it put back on monthly rental or allowing me to return it. I got no response back from the lady or to the letter. In December 2014, I sent an email, using their web site, requesting a reply to my letter. To date, I have had no response from Bennett except monthly statements showing the amount due and a Final Notice threatening to send the bill to collection. I don't know why, I have been ignored, but It is not the way I like to do business.
