The rooms are clean. The furniture and fixtures are a little worn. Housekeeping is not real consistent. I did not have water bottles the first two nights. My friends in other rooms did. They only left one wash cloth the second day. The other days they left two or three. The location is half a block from Playhouse Square. Unfortuanetly, I stayed in Cleveland for a seminar that was a ten minute walk away. There are some homeless in the area. I did not feel threatened when walking in the area. If I were to visit Cleveland again I would try to stay closer to where the seminar was and closer to the street with the bars and restaurants.
