I was not happy at all with my order and have sent a complaint for a refund to Bloomex because I paid including of shipping 64.90$ for my order of which my boyfriend has only received half the items!! (I ordered the birthday combo III). However, in the combo the customer service member confirmed to me that it includes the flowers, the teddy, the greeting card, the basket and the chocolates. My boyfriend to whom I sent this while being overseas only received the flowers, the teddy and a poor quality selection of wafers, marshmallows and cheap rice crackers. The order was missing the greeting card with my text I had supplied, there was no basket as the items were thrown loosely in the box, and no chocolates but instead cheap junk food. Furthermore I asked if the order could be delivered in person as my boyfriend enters the house via carport and not via the front door to the side of the house. This was confirmed in my order. Then when I ask my boyfriend, he said he found the box laying on the ground in front of the entrance door only because the delivery guy had put a sticky note on the carport that he should check his front door. Meanwhile the flowers and junk food were sitting in the sun until he got home and found them there. I am massively angry with the way my order (which was supposed to be a nice surprise for my boyfriend as I am currently overseas) was processed, that it was missing half my items I paid for, the lack of care and professionalism and that I only received cheap junk food instead of good quality chocolate I paid for. Spend your money elsewhere with a florist that cares and with one that will ensure your loved ones are not disappointed when the present arrives.

I run a business and one of my employees has been very sick for one week so I found this website off google. I am very impressed with how everything went and they also offer weekend delivery which was a big bonus. I sent a fruit bowl which is not a common offering for most websites. Absolutely Fantastic - I have used Bloomex now so many times and I never have any problems with any orders. The website is so easy to use and the price is such good value. I would highly recommend using Bloomex for hampers and flowers -

I ordered and had sent a Christmas Hamper for my Aunt in Perth, WA and she absolutely LOVED it. Telling me it was the most amazing hamper she had ever received!!!! I am a frequent user of Bloomex so it is good to hear from the recipient that the products are of a good standard and as they appear on the website.

I order a bouquet of sympathy flowers after hearing about the death of a dear family friend. I paid an express fee so the flowers could be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, they were not delivered as promised, so I contacted Bloomex and they told me they would be delivered that day (24 hrs late). They refunded the express delivery fee after I asked them to. However, this was not the worst of it. When the bouquet of flowers arrived the husband of the deceased could not tell what they were because they were in an enclosed box. He opened the box to find 10 stems of squashed & wilted flowers (I ordered 30 stems). He could not even put them in a vase because the stems were broken and they could not stand up. Therefore, he threw them straight in the bin. In addition, there was no card in the box. I paid for a full size card and wrote a message for the family but they never received my message. The only thing they found was a receipt with my name on it. This is how they knew that the flowers were from me. A week later when I visited the family they told me to seek a refund because the flowers were so bad they had to put them straight in the bin. Do you think Bloomex care? Not a ***! They say I have to provide photos of the damaged flowers for them to refund my money. How was I to know that the flowers would arrive dead and then think to ask a grieving family to take photos on the day of their loved one's funeral? The embarrassment I felt when the family told me about the flowers was indescribable. Unfortunately, Bloomex have no sympathy and the people that work there are heartless. Flowers are to help grieving families & let them know we care not make them feel worse. Asking for photos is a ploy from Bloomex so that they don't have to refund our money. They know how bad their service is and would not make any money if they keep refunding, so they tell you that you have to provide photos per their refund policy, to ensure they never have to pay anyone back. Even the Office of Fair Trading cannot force them to refund our money. Well they will be in for a rude shock as I plan to take them to court. If anyone is interested in a class action against Bloomex please reply to my comment and I will include you in my case. These people need to be stopped!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ZERO STARS BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR AFTER THE EMBARRASSMENT THEY CAUSED ME.

I have been using Bloomex Australia for years. I trust them and their quality; I know they are the best priced too. I have been out of the country for 2 years but I can still send flowers to my loved ones for any occasion and I know they will be perfect. The few times I have had to make changes, the staff have been able to do so quickly and easily. It is effortless.
