If you can wait the long lines and don't mind paying a little extra for quality coffee, Blue Bottle is worth it. Their espresso is robust and tangy, just how it should be. The drinks themselves are painstakingly crafted. Also recommended is their iced coffee.

Ah, the legendary blue bottle... Still a great place for fresh well prepared coffee. Often long lines, several times I went there my short drink (gibraltar or espresso) got cold before I can pay for it. Also, I tend to dislike their roast, too light for my taste. Coffee tends to be on acidic side, especially bad in espresso. But then, that's me. Looking at their recent packaging and prices I feel they will start selling their coffee by the bean.

Pretty good coffee place. The Baristas are nice and very enthusiastic about coffee. The Kyoto ice coffee is cool looking but a little strong and acidic for me. I usually just get drip and I like how they make it to order using a filter.

A perfect place to grab coffee and some healthy, delicious light bites, and people watch, catch up with a friend, or read. The coffee selection ranges from seasonal varietal offerings, or your standard black, latte, or cappuccino. The difference is the high quality of the coffee as well as how the coffee is brewed. This was the first place I actually like a straight up black cup of coffee. That says a lot. There is a fairly dramatic Japanese Siphon Coffee setup in the back which can be very entertaining. If looking for a gift, in addition to bags/canisters of dried coffee beans, there are many types of coffee brewing contraptions to the right of the entrance to choose from.

Not the worst coffee, but definitely overrated. There are so many other local coffee places worth going to. This particular location is also always super busy, great for them. The siphon coffee is worth checking out.

New Orleanian Approved Iced Coffee. I live in the silicone bayou and came in for a cup of coffee. I was not disappointed. Delicious sweet iced coffee, nice people, and some serious brewing glassware. Would make Gale from Los Pollos Hermanos jealous.
