Amazing food & service. Perfect fresh local food and wine pairings. Dinner is a somewhat time consuming experience quick so be ready for a multi-course event!

Dude.. Price was $250 and food was just OK. I tried the truffle dinner, it didn't wow me at all. They served raw scallop with truffle salt on top, and that was the worst dish. The chef simply added too much salt to the scallop and ruined the ingredient. Other dish was just average, for the price of $250 per head you are really paying for the atmosphere and the pretentious environment. There's better places in Seattle like Rover's Chez Shea in terms of food quality and price. Wine was good, however the main character was the food and they didn't impress me. I do not recommend going this place unless you have deep pocket and don't mind spending on just OK food.

A world class, multi course dining experience. Incredible food, excellent wine pairings. Rest up before you come so you can last for the full meal!

If you don't rate this place as the BEST EVER your freaking crazy. INCREDIBLE! We went here for my wife's 30th B-Day and she still won't stop talking about it. Ron Zimmerman is the MAN!

The herb farm is more than just a dinner it is a whole experience. They have fixed menus although they can mix and match as needed for diet and other reasons. During the service the chefs come out and explain the menu where everything comes from and what the wine pairings are. In the middle you can also go out and see their pig.

You're not just going for a meal here as much as it is an entire experience. The three times I've been, they've done their dinners (and wine pairings) well. Portions are slight, but there are around 10 courses, so by the end of the event, I wasn't hungry (which--the first time I went--after seeing the first course, swore that I was going to need to pick up a cheeseburger on my way home). (Yes, I said cheeseburger.)

I know it's a bit pricey, but you have to go at least once in your life. When else are you going to have a 9 or 10-course meal paired with outstanding wines?
